Ginger is the daughter of Stone and Namy. She is co-owned with a friend of ours that lives in Buffalo, NY. There she has undergone a great deal of obedience training as our friend loves obedience trials. Ginger came to us in February of 2018 for a brief stay to do some field training and work toward her Junior Hunter title. We were ready to enter her in hunt tests in May of 2018 when she came in season. Since we do not get her back here very often we chose to breed her then and we will work on her hunt test titles in the future. Ginger is a spirited dog with a lot of drive and love of birds. She works as well in the water as she does in the uplands. Ginger had her first litter in 2018 and will likely have her final litter in 2024. She as produced a number of excellent field dogs and companions along the way.

Ro is the daughter of Stone and Kendra. She has been trained as an all-around field dog working on waterfowl and upland birds. Ro is a very loving dog that gets along well with both dogs and people. Give her a job and she will do her best to complete the task. As a cooperative, yet spirited girl, she is a pleasure to watch in the field She loves the water and retrieves with great abandon. Her first litter was born in early 2019. In June of 2019 she completed her Junior Hunter title and later that year earned two passes toward her Senior Hunter. During the pandemic we continued her field training but chose not to participate in hunt tests until we were vaccinated and the pandemic began to wane. On May 23, 2021 Ro completed the requirements for her Senior Hunter title and moved on the the Master Hunter level tests where she has earned her first Master Hunter pass. She was entered in four hunt tests in 2022 and earned passes in three of those. Her Master Hunter title was completed in 2023. Ro stands 17" tall and weighs in at 36 pounds. Many of her puppies have gone on to make great companions and field dogs.

Sage is the daughter of Chunk and Ginger. She is a loving, energetic, and playful girl standing 17” tall and weighing 34 pounds. Whether it is training for the field or obedience, Sage loves to learn new things and be at the center of it all. She earned her first AKC Hunt Test title in the summer of 2022. Due to a very busy family schedule in 2023, we were unable to continue her hunt test titles. She is expected to complete a Senior Hunter title in 2024 and will then move on to a Master Hunter title. Sage can be seen at most GLAWSC training and testing events in Michigan.

Davia is the latest addition to our breeding program and is turning into a fine companion and wonderful field dog. She stands 17” tall and weighs in at 37 pounds. She loves the water, covering ground in the fields and woods, and searching out birds, rabbits, and the occasional squirrel. Davia loves to work no matter what that work may be. She has a strong prey drive and boundless energy. Due to a number of factors in 2023, we were unable to start her hunt test career until 2024. You will be able to meet her at various tests starting in the summer. .
