Daffne's x-ray... can you count the number of pups?
Mom snuggling with Rodeo.
Eyes opened on day nine.
Cricket is the smallest of the pups at three weeks of age.
Daffne with Rodeo and Rugby on the right.
At about 3.5 weeks the pups started getting very mobile
Daffne giving the pups an after dinner drink. Notice how well they are up on all four feet now.
Oh boy... this spells trouble
Pushed into the corner by his littermates, Rugby says he wants a bigger pen
Mom takes the pups into the grass

At six weeks the pups get their first bath and their microchips inserted. These four pups were the best ever for their baths.
The slow speed of the phone’s camera did not let us capture the extent of this swim but it was pretty good for a six week old puppy.
Just four pups in this litter. Clockwise starting with the red collar are Rodeo, Rugby, Polo, and Cricket.
Mom is keeping a watchful eye on her pups.
Dinner time! Rodeo seems to be avoiding the competition.
While Rugby is the largest but only by about 8 oz.

The pups had their first meal just shy of
four weeks of age

Once they begin to escape the whelping box they move to a pen. This is their first pen and they are learning to use the litter where they will go potty
Now downstairs, they have a bigger pen and can go outside to an even larger one. This was their first time heading out the door to the great outdoors

We took a walk down to the pond and they ended up exploring in the water.
